AI Based End of Line Box Inspection System

The application of excise stickers in alcoholic beverages has been made mandatory by the Nepalese government. In high-speed production, tracking the application of excise stickers is very hard. Our solution inspects the overall box from a bird's eye view. It uses state-of-art YoloV5 for detecting bottles and computer vision to determine the presence of stickers and crowns in bottles. For some products, the application of stickers is not necessary, accordingly, this system counts the number of bottles in the box.
